It wasn’t the Moroccans who came out with couscous! It wasn’t the Romans! It wasn’t the Tunisians! Enough already, the native Americans were using it to feed their children eons ago. They not only cooked it but they used it with cornmeal in a hardened-mush form to make clothing and even baby-carriers.
